Tactical (1/3) Air+Dark is good in the low end, but we are now in the era of 7 icon starter weapons, this is a sick joke.
Another Angle (0/1) I wish TNT would pull their collective heads out and quit releasing weapons solely to make newbs waste their NP. Seriously, these stats make me angry :K

Upgrades: Unstable Slime has these icon types and more of them for less than 2k.

Defenses/Countermeasures: Any worthwhile weapon outdamages this. Earthen Scorchstone completely blocks it

There are many strong and valuable rings in the Neopian Battledom (Ring of the Lost and Jhudoras Bewitched Ring as examples), but this clearly isn`t one of them. A fraction attacker that does six icons at max, it's underpowered at its best and woeful at its worst. The icon types aren`t bad for early beginners, but there aren`t enough of them to mmake this useful
