Tactical (1/3) The types are good, but this would need to be not fractional to be worthwhile. Furthermore, there's a cheaper option which defends all the same types and more total icons.

Upgrades: Patched Magic Hat is the better version. Also useful are Mystical White Cloak, Shiny Shoal Shell Shield and Leaf Shield

Defenses/Countermeasures: Use a 9+ iconer like Ice Club or attack with weapons that deal other types. Unstable Slime is good for that

It`s not so rare that the price won`t come down, nor useful enough that it`ll matter. If you`re looking for this configuration of icon types in a defensive item, hold out for the far more useful Patched Magic Hat.
