Tactical: (1/3) There're not a lot of weapons that block more than 5 of any given icon - but om an age where 7 icon weapons are under 2k and 8 icon weapons are 10k at most, 6 icons of defense total is just not enough to matter.
Another Angle (0/1) This is a Brightvale cloak, so maybe it has additional effects for high Int pets or something else that would make it not be a sick joke.

Upgrades: Leaf Shield and Pathed Magic Hat are better. High-end earth blockers include Mask of Coltzan, Portable Cloud and Shield of Pion Troect

Defenses/Countermeasures: Unstable Slime or anything else with more than 6 offensive icons beats this
