If you need water defence, use Sophies Wooden Spoon. If you need light defence, use Sword of the Dead. Both are currently around the same price as this, and are of the same rarity. The difference is that both weapons attack. Both weapons win you battles. This, however, can only help to stop you from losing... badly.
