You might want to use Scarab Ring for additional 6 icon attack and replace the water defence with physical defence.

This weapon blocks water and fire decently, but I would prefer a Large Metal Shield to this. Not a bad price though.

Fair ammount of defense of fire and water for a -also- fair price. Not a bad combination either.

The problem is that is focused in just 2 icon types and don't have any added damage. For around the same price you can get weapons with some attack. But, it also depends on if you want some defense on those icon types.
